How is the refund calculated?
The refund equals the cost of your unused lessons. If you paid for 10 lessons at 44 Euros each and took 2 lessons, you receive a refund for the remaining 8 lessons: 352 Euros. The cost per lesson is the total course price divided by the number of lessons. You are charged only for what you have used.
How fast do I get my refund?
